The Play Therapy Project offers individual therapy sessions for children between the ages of 4-10. In an initial consultation a play therapist will explore with you whether play therapy is the right fit for you and your child. After meeting with the therapist you will have the opportunity to lock in some times for sessions and get started on your play therapy journey.
Please note: Amy from The Play Therapy Project is currently working at CoRe Kids Therapy. Please contact CoRe Kids if you wish to book your child for sessions with Amy. Alternatively please email us for more details on when more session times will be available through The Play Therapy Project.
The Play Therapy Project aims to provide quality resources on childhood mental health to teachers, parents and therapists. Resources may vary from the provision of information handouts, templates and/or activity sheets. Check out our resource section to see if there is a resource that would be useful to you or someone you know.
Contact the Play Therapy Project with your ideas and request for a specific resource. We are happy to work with you to create a resource that meets your needs and the needs of your community.
Whether you need an information sheet to handout to parents, an article for your newsletter or a page for your website we look forward to helping you.
The Play therapy Project offers professional development sessions on childhood mental health, to schools and organisations within the children’s service industry. Check-out our Professional Development link to identify if we offer an existing professional development program that would enrich the skills and knowledge of your staff.
Contact us to explain the type of training you are interested in. We can customise a training or workshop that meets your needs and will leave your staff feeling empowered and confident in their responses to the children in their care.
